A modular home is type of prefabricated building manufactured off-site and then transported to the final site. Modular is constructed from individual sections and allows for the building to be shipped to site almost completed, with the install team assembling to create the final home. Traditional homes are built entirely on the property.

Homes are custom built for each owner and at the present time show suites are not offered.

All our homes are built at our Chilliwack facility and meet or exceed CSA A277 standards. 
This certification ensures that our manufacturing plant is approved by a third-party inspection agency, verifying that we have the expertise and processes in place to build homes to all applicable provincial and local building codes.
